Minimum requirements for Server hardware:

• Windows 2019 or later preferred, Windows 8.1 or later supported
• Multi-core CPU
• 2GB RAM (available)
• 2GB available Hard drive space
  For large databases you will need more space to maintain a healthy database and also to store backups.
  For large organisations this may be 500 GB or more.
• Mouse or other pointing device
• 1680 x 1050, 16 bit colour display

Minimum requirements for Workstation hardware:

• Windows 10 preferred, Windows 8.1 or later supported
• Multi-core CPU
• 1GB RAM (available)
• 80MB available Hard drive space
• Mouse or other pointing device
• 1680 x 1050, 16 bit colour display
• Windows supported printer is required for reports
• A Windows supported label printer with a minimum 100mm label width is required for labels

Firewall

If you are running any type of firewall software you must ensure that it allows ProMaster Hardware to communicate on TCP port 30634 and port 30635.
