Softphone caller ID

• E-TS can leverage the ability of many SIP Softphone applications to launch an external application (in this case E-TS) to populate the last phone number from the softphone's call history.
• This eliminates incorrectly entering client phone numbers and enables an instant search of clients details before even answering the phone.

System requirements

Minimum requirements for Server hardware:

• Windows 2022, 2019, 2016
  Servers should use a server operating system.
• Core i7 or XEON
• 4GB RAM (available)
• 40GB available Hard drive space
  According to the size of your database and sufficient space to leave 14 days backup on the server.
  For large databases you will need more space to maintain a healthy database and also to store backups.
  For large organisations this may be 500 GB or more.
• Mouse or other pointing device
• 1680 x 1050, 24 bit colour display
  

• A registered domain or subdomain that resolves to your E-TS server
• Valid SSL certificate files - SSL Key file (*.key) and SSL Certificate file (*.cer)
• SMTP mail server settings
• Google Cloud Platform account and Google Maps API key
